Good gym but good luck if you ever want to leave the place. Firstly they email you asking for a story why? Well, because I want to thats why. Secondly they state they will cancel your membership within the week or two, which they convientely do not, there's another 2 weeks they get to charge you. After calling them a 2nd time they apologised and cancelled my membership, I then get an email stating they will contact me within 10 days to discuss my final payment. Really great team established in all branches, each gym has something unique, probably enjoyed city gates the most , Completed personal goal program, starting with weighing measureing and strecth measure, was good but really had to get use to different trainers lot of them left and been replaced so had to get use to that overall I achieved my goals with the program,

Fantastic local gym!!! They are always striving to support locals and create a gym for everyone's needs. Steve and the crew are amazing!!!
