I joined the City Fitness - Bradenton family about 4 months ago in preparation for my high school class reunion, and to improve my overall health. In working with the trainers, they developed a personalized training program to fit my specific needs and areas of improvement. City Fitness - Bradenton isnt a regular health club or gym. Its a specialized training facility staffed with professional trainers that know how to get the best results, and fast. I work a lot of hours and dont have enough time to wait in line for a cardio machine or waste time not lifting correctly. City Fitness personal trainers worked with me one-on-one to achieve my goals and get back into shape. They worked around my schedule, isnt of the other way around. I recommend City Fitness to my family, friends and co-workers.
