I always bring my client here, it's one of his favourite places to go. We both enjoy a good session together. Plenty of machines, playroom out the back, upstairs for the girls (girls also can enjoy the main room) massive room off to the side for classes. Always greeted by the staff with a beautiful smile and a friendly, welcoming hello. Good plans if you want to sign up, I would highly recommend, if you are willing to make it worth your while.

I was referred to Johnny to help with back pain then later on with cardio with arthritis and joint pain. He has been a huge mental support showing me what I can do with my physical and mental blockages.
Terrific location, lovely team, great classes, great members and top tier facilities. 10/10.
What I really appreciate about this gym is how it offers a pay-per-attendance system - a set of 5 visit passes is $60, a set of 10 is $105. I really like this system (especially for a short-term visitor like myself) because of the flexibility it offers. Great equipment and class selection available at this gym as well.
