I had a really bad experience with this dealership. I bought a car from them, and was told that it was a good deal. Because I purchased it online, I asked Mr. William to be honest in telling me about the car. He said the car was inspected, tested, and runs great. I decided to trust him. These guys sold my wife a car that she drove for one day then nothing but problems so we took it to a Nissan dealership to see what the problem was and we were told that the inspection was not valid and the problems are to many to list so we went back to this place to fix the problem well it was a complete joke the owners did nothing lie and blame the inspector and the company we missed days from work time spent just in the end nothing was fixed or even looked at I do not recommend this place at all please be careful if you ... read more
Update 3/11/2026: I am done reaching out to Isaia for help with fixing this car. After waiting to hear back from him since 2/25/2026, zero communication has occurred. I am now looking into other means to get this car fixed. This review will not be removed and I am warning ANYONE who buys a car from them to do their own due diligence before driving off their lot. Lisa was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting my car at the dealership. She was very informative and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the experience much easier and less stressful. Lisa answered all of my questions and made sure I understood each step along the way. Her professionalism and patience really stood out, and I truly appreciated how supportive she was during the process.
If I was basing this review off the hospitality itself, I would be giving four stars. Lisa was so nice and helpful with explaining the process while we were making our purchase on my 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. My good review on the car itself has went downhill after discovering that the battery connection issue wasn't a simple fix. It wasn't a connection issue, it was an old battery.
