If I was basing this review off the hospitality itself, I would be giving five stars. Lisa was so nice and helpful with explaining the process while we were making our purchase on my 2012 Chevrolet Cruze. Thank you Lisa for being so sweet and understanding. I had an extremely negative experience with City Financial Cars LLC. Members of this business came to my home posing as buyers for my 2021 Toyota Sienna. While left unattended, they poured oil into my coolant system in what my mechanic later confirmed was an attempt to sabotage the vehicle and drive down the value. I ended up having to tow my van and pay for a radiator and coolant flush just to undo the damage. This kind of behavior is deceptive and predatory.
