A disjointed experience all together. I was prescribed expensive medication I was highly allergic to, which the Dr was aware off. The medication made me sick and uncomfortable during the process of trying to conceive. The Dr and staff did not try to fix or rectify the issue. No refund considered, not even for the wrong medication which made me unwell. We received numerous pathology forms with wrong details from names, sex and many emails where they couldn't even get our names right. It was a very disjointed, unorganised expe... read more
We cannot thank Dr Brown and the girls from Robina City Fertility enough for helping us, today we had our egg retrieval and ICSI started, they are so kind, caring and we are so beyond grateful to have them on this journey with us!! They took care of us, making sure I was ok and they are a part of us. We will always recommend them. They told us how many eggs we were updated regularly and have called to check on us!! We love you guys and thank you for making our family a reality! Thank you Dr Brown and girls x
