This company is very unprofessional. They don't reply to emails until 1-2 weeks later. They don't explain things well and do not seem to have much organization. I had to constantly chase them just to get an answer, even though I wanted to donate for free, passed medical tests and so on. All this only to be told very late in the process that I will not be in Australia long enough to do the 5 visits to the lab. They should have said this right from the beginning. Stay away from this company !
Horrible ivf experience with them. Nothing was. Explained. Just want your money. I am now working with another specialist who has been awesome, addressing deficiencies. I did not get any advice from the FS here. Cold money grabbers.
