Admin is hard to get in contact with and slow to follow things up. Had a phone consult with a Dr who was extremely helpful and lovely to talk with. But after that appt, I never got emailed the pathology forms she requested. So I chased them up via phone call and email across 2 weeks until I received them. Now chasing results of test, after 6 weeks and still waiting to hear back
Dr Astill and his team have been so supportive during this IVF journey. Receptionists, nurses, scientists and doctors have all been great at communicating each step in the most simplest and caring way. Their equipment and facilities are top standard. For something so scary, they really made me feel at ease every step of the way. Thank you
My appointment was booked for Thursday and then they called me that it is no longer available. I am very disappointed for sudden unfair changes.
