They claim to be so lovey dovey, caring and just wanna help. But as others have said, they up their prices every year and their late fees are sooooo high! you'd be better off borrowing from the Mafia to pay them in time, even though you can fix it within a minute online.. No other company on the planet would do this but they feel they can get away with it because you are locked in for life and can't change like with power, internet and mobile services.. 16$ when miss one payment in 2 years on a 41$ pm bill.. doesn't help at ... read more
Whilst we acknowledge that the outcome itself was not a fault of City Fertility, we have been continually chasing our repayment ever since. This ongoing need to follow up repeatedly has become a constant reminder of one of the most difficult days of our lives. I could not recommend more highly enough! The whole team at City Fertility Robina are incredible. I felt so safe, supported and nurtured throughout my journey. In a process that can feel confusing, everything was seamless and they maintained excellent communication with my gyno, I never had to chase up anything. No question or request was too big, they were so generous with their time and show that they genuinely care. A special shout out and thanks to Helen who provided me with such beautiful support :)
