I had a traumatic experience at City Fertility – Brisbane Procedure Clinic, and I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding patient safety and post-procedure care. Following a sedation procedure, I woke in severe and uncontrolled pain. The situation escalated into a medical emergency requiring attendance by Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS). Terrible experience! They’re all in for the money! No compassion. I was totally screwed over by this clinic. I had a totally different experience when I changed clinics. The lies I was told here… just so they could make more money.

0/10 don't recommend waste of money and time. Poor communication across the board with doctors and admin staff - manager is extremely rude and has a holier than thou attitude. Wasted thousands on treatment as a surrogate only for them to turn around and say no despite multiple Drs assuring that pregnancy was safe. Basically unless you have nothing wrong with you and you're young with millions to blow do not both with this company
