They don’t even check the donors for any health risks like Hep B etc and don’t even mention that to you as a duty of care as a bare minimum. Disgusting - do not go here.
I have been so happy with my care City Fertility. I was under the care of Dr Tiarna Ernst for around 8 months prior to starting IVF with her. The compassion and care she showed me the whole was along was amazing. She is an incredible doctor and human being. I had a traumatic experience at City Fertility – Brisbane Procedure Clinic, and I feel compelled to share my concerns regarding patient safety and post-procedure care. Following a sedation procedure, I woke in severe and uncontrolled pain. The situation escalated into a medical emergency requiring attendance by Queensland Ambulance Service (QAS).
