Very poor communication from the administration team. Don't reply to e-mails and then follow up 3 months later asking me to send through the same thing that should have been sorted out months ago.
The doctors at CFC certainly didn’t leave a stone unturned when it came to figuring out my complex infertility reasons, until a successful outcome after 2 years. Top notch in terms of the science and tech on offer, as well as the high expertise. Also appreciated the egg pick ups still went ahead in covid pandemic times thanks to the onsite facility.
