Great customer service. I had a fence installed 4-5 years ago which turned out well. Recently, due to weather I had an issue with one of the sections. The staff assisted with finding a replacement section, free of charge which was unexpected. Happy to work with a company that stands behind their work.
I have used City Fence exclusively for all of my fencing needs - they are fantastic to work with and the quality is excellent. Just had them completely replace fence around the entire perimeter of my backyard and couldn't be happier with the results. I would highly recommend.
I had a very positive experience with CityFence and would highly recommend them. My project was not straightforward, as my property is a corner lot with a very unusual shape. They were able to find new parts for my old fence that weren’t available at the big hardware chains. Reasonable prices and friendly service!
Horrible customer service and obscene pricing… Sales rep Steve needs to learn how to interact with customers professionally or find a new gig.
