I tried this place without asking anyone about it. For one they charged me more for my eye exam than other eye doctors have. Also I had the HARDEST time trying to get my prescription. The person I had to call (because it seems only one person handles the calls) kept giving me the runaround. Then after waiting for too long I get something that wasnt as good as what I was given before going to City Eye. The communication for anything is horrible and no call backs. Very sad. Very unfortunately had the worst customer service experience. Receptionist was extremely rude and did not let me get the exam done. I never leave public reviews however this was necessary. Just because she wasn't able to explain the policy clearly to me and had no patience. Policy is policy however not being able to explain to clients is not acceptable. Since it took me 10 minutes to be able to confirm the policy through insurance, at this time she was with another client. This took her another 20ish minutes. At this point s... read more
Very modern technology. Location was easy to find with lots of parking in the plaza. Service was fast and efficient.The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

All the staff and Dr are super friendly and welcoming and helpful. The location is very clean and modern with lots of frames options. I would highly recommend this optical
