I visited City European Automotive today after being recommended by a colleague & was very impressed. Tom was super helpful, walked me through exactly what my car needed, and broke down all the costs clearly. He and Sam really made me feel looked after... Definitely felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend!
Tom from City European has been servicing my various cars for almost 20 years now. I would never go anywhere else. He has always helped at the last minute before going away on long trips, has always proven to be competitive with pricing and always accommodated me and fitted me in. I absolutely trust his work and continued advice with all things mechanical and motoring in general. Sam his office manager and longstanding colleague is a pleasure to deal with.
Overpriced and didn’t found the problem but did a lot of non-necessary things which wasted money
Tom was excellent to deal with, open to any questions and even showed me the worn parts. Sandy in the office also great communication. Can't go wrong here.
