Whatever you do do not get these people to do any work for you I haven't got enough time to describe this firm for what they really are best advice stay well clear of a bunch of liers that never even answer the phone excuses after excuses
Very poor customer service once the work has been carried out.
Difficult to get a reply from.
I was accepted for a new boiler radiators and loft insulation a month or so ago and I thought work would start next week. I understand if there is a delay but I cannot get hold of anyone in their Cardiff to find out what is happening. I have called their telephone number for almost 2 hours this morning and when I get through both extensions tell me the extension is busy and cuts me off. This is the reason I have looked on this review page. I will post another review when I have more information.
