Poor customer service. I had a delivery guy who refuse to take my old tv out, replace with new TV I purchased warranty from Best-Buy. The guy was rude from the start, you can tell he doesn't like his job. He refuse to help take off tv from wall, even just to help me lift it off the mount myself. I told Best-Buy Do Not Ever send this company to my house. I want the Geek Squad only, no 3rd party. I had to give 1 star to post.
Mason was friendly, knowledgable and they had what I needed in stock at a good price. My company will be using them again.
