I WOULD NOT reccomend doing business with this office!! I have never been cursed out by a manager of a company until having to deal with this office! Specifically being told "F*** OFF" and hung up on! From experience with this company, they do not mind keeping over payments made by customers, which I am sure the bosses get a peice of as a end of the year bonus. I had a fire at my home on Thanksgiving 2008. The department and the crew were absolutely fantastic and went well out of their way to not damage anything in my home while fighting the fire, and contain the fire as quickly as they could. The only unfortunate aspect is that we are losing local departments due to budgeting. Lets keep the Firehouses open and support them financially through both government and private funding. When you are in need, wont you want the same fast and professional service?

We have been using Concord for many years and have always been treated with repect and the knowlenge we recieve from this gentleman(Kevin). We always tell others about Concord and how they go out of there way for the guest.There has been many staff members that have been very helpful over the years,this gentleman has been more than helpful and we feel comfortable and feel as though we can trust in his advise .
