We always buy from this store; the customer service is excellent! The materials are high-quality and reasonably priced.
25% restocking fee applies to everything. Staff unfriendly - felt like they didnt want us there. Theres 2 other supply stores within a mile CED, Rexell and maybe more. Id go somewhere else - this was a business account and a business account purchase. Charging 25% to return a breaker that is sitting on a shelf is bad business.
