This place goes above and beyond in helping you get what you need. The manager José, has excellent customer service and has helped repair several chewed up wires (from our puppy) on our generator and pool vacuum. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
I’m just writing this review due to the manager was really knowledgeable, but they don’t have a simple 30A fuse
Absolutely love this place. I prefer to go here vs going to home Depot or lowes because of the amazing customer service. I have not met anyone here that is not super amazing and will do what they can to help you with your projects or needs.
We had been chasing down some breakers all over Houston that no one could seem to locate. After multiple stops and getting the runaround on availability, we called this branch and were told they had 42 in stock, only to find out it was the wrong part number. Instead of leaving it at that, their team went above and beyond. They tracked down the correct breakers at another location in Pasadena, arranged to have them picked up, and had them dropped off with their store manager for me…all while I was en route to another job and ... read more
Don't expect to get your order correct unless Kyle is there. They also dont care if they get your order correct
