Been in here a few times recently, every single time Natalie is rude and has zero customer service. Everyone else is great but I am going to avoid coming back at all costs, which is unfortunate for you guys because I’m doing the McDonald’s down the street and could give you guys a lot of sales.
Usually love going to CES, but every time I’ve stopped at this location I’ve experienced terrible customer service from this girl named “Nadine”?. If you don’t like your job, find a new one because you’re ruining my day and my foreman’s day.
I’ve read some of these reviews and some of these people are delusional. Been coming to CES in Frisco for years and they are awesome. Never had a problem there, everyone that works that is super respectful and helpful. I’ve been to hundreds of supply houses in my life across the country, CES in Frisco is the best that ever did it.
Being open on a Saturday really helps us tradesmen out. Definitely use this place for all your electrical needs if they don’t have it, they can find somebody that does. Staff is well knowledgeable.
