One of the fuses of our main disconnect for the 600 V , 3 Phase blew on Friday night. I called our sales rep Mike on Saturday morning who in turn contacted Blair at his home. CES was closed for the long weekend. Blair agreed to meet me at the store on his day off to give me what we needed. All Blair said is that is what we do. Hats off to you guys. It certainly restores the faith in customer service. Well done, it won’t be forgotten. Thank you.
11.50 Saturday the store was closed despite declared open till noon. Waste of time and gas for driving

Service was great! Staff extremely knowledgeable, especially Marleah. She responded right away with any questions I had and offered detail information on anything I was looking at or other options that were more beneficial to me. Great instore staff, I will definitely be back for future materials and products.
