I had the incredible pleasure of meeting Jonathan "Big John" Harris today, who helped me track down and order a specific type of commercial socket I needed to replace. Electrical components are just a small part of our business, but John expressed that the smaller businesses are just as important as the big ones. I received genuine heartfelt customer service, and I encourage everyone to shop City Electric Supply for your electrical tool and supply needs.
Customer service is excellent, always ready to help!
Ken and Anthony went out of their way to assist me with my electrical needs and they were so kind and personable. Thank you! Y’all were great!!
Anthony went over and beyond with his customer service. He even called other locations to make sure they had what I was looking for.
Johnathan was absolutely amazing. I have a contractor background but currently not in the industry. Today I am a diy'er but still go to the supply stores mostly instead of home depot and lowes. The professionalism of the staff here is positively amazing, the store is well maintained and there is supply.
