Every time I shop at the city electric in Dallas ga the sales associate Quentin ALWAYS makes sure I’m taken care of , he’s gone above and beyond. Other times when I’m in there and other associates serve me , it’s been a head ache and they’re not always polite .
Tried to rip me off for $540. Never even apologized. Overcharging I guess is the American way now. Never will I trade here again. Won’t make a difference, City is a monster company, very large. 1 customer won’t make a difference. They may want to move to Minnesota, I hear that practice does well there.
City electric save the day I had two different Electrician cruise work on my house and botched it up. They fixed everything that wasn’t a code and showed up when they were supposed to. Their pricing is very reasonable for the professionalism that I received. I would highly recommend this company..
I don't usually ever make a bad comment about a business, since I have my small company and I am very aware that no place is wrong. I leave this comment to learn more in the future.
