I am HVAC-R licensed contractor. I called City Electric in Clarksville to see if they had a 150VA 480v to 240v stepdown transformer for a walk-in cooler. The guy asked a female next him (tried to cover the receiver) and she said "just have him call Johnstone" . I said "ok". The guy apparently thought he had hung up the phone as he and the female started talking about me behind my back.
