I am HVAC-R licensed contractor. I called City Electric in Clarksville to see if they had a 150VA 480v to 240v stepdown transformer for a walk-in cooler. The guy asked a female next him (tried to cover the receiver) and she said "just have him call Johnstone" . I said "ok". The guy apparently thought he had hung up the phone as he and the female started talking about me behind my back. She said "today is Friday and I'm not dealing with stupid people who think an 'electrical' transformer can go into a walk-in cooler condenser... read more
