After finding the wrong part in the correct box at another city electric location they called Hutto location and spoke with Fernando whom claimed to have confirmed that they had the parts that I needed. I went to Hutto and Fernando had the wrong box and the other part was mislabeled. What is frustrating is that he never bothered to double check even though his coworker specifically asked him to double check. When I brought this to his attention he simply shrugged.
