Very rude , very inconsiderate , uninformative , just a horrible expeirence. The reason I went to a distributor was to be more informed on the products that I needed witch in my day was the entire reason for going to a supply house I will not be back and just FYI Lowes was very informative and half the price and actually had an employee that listen to what I needed and provided me what I was looking for .
