So I’m not one that likes to leave bad reviews but sometimes they are needed. Yesterday I went to City Electric in Asheboro to get a plug for a generator. The plug was $47. I had to have it so I bought it. I started looking online later in the day and found some for a lot cheaper. Knowing they were from a different supplier and some were different brands I understand prices change. Just for curiosity I called back to City Electric this morning to price the same plug. Great service great price
Very rude , very inconsiderate , uninformative , just a horrible expeirence. The reason I went to a distributor was to be more informed on the products that I needed witch in my day was the entire reason for going to a supply house I will not be back and just FYI Lowes was very informative and half the price and actually had an employee that listen to what I needed and provided me what I was looking for . To the guy at the counter at your establishment its your job to provide customer service and to educate customers on your... read more
