Took about 20 minutes just to buy some wire strippers and a screwdriver, 10 minutes of which was waiting for a staff member to show up to the counter. The other 10 minutes was going through the antiquated check-out procedure in which they typed in each barcode and my card information manually. Staff also seemed annoyed I even showed up to their store and there was a spilled cup of coffee on the counter that no one seemed the least bit interested in cleaning up.
