Customer service needs training, and they have a hard time understanding and caring for the customer. I am deeply disappointed with my experience in this location. Changes should be implemented in the customer service are .Otherwise, I was glad I found what I was looking for. I really don't want to judge the whole company for an employee mistake, for we all make mistakes and I can understand that .Perhaps ,he was having a bad day and was it was the way he vented .
Dude at the counter wasn’t very helpful. Gave the impression that he didn’t want to be there, didnt want me there and couldn’t be bothered. Dont recommend this location.
