If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This hotel has an admittedly amazing location, and is super cheap, but do not be fooled by these. We checked in, and upon entering the room the shower was mouldy, and slippery. The toilet has not been cleaned properly - probably ever. The sheets were dirty, and the headboard had muck all over it. Even the windows were filthy - covered in greasy hand marks and fingerprints left by however many tenants. I stayed here for 4 nights and never again (have previously stayed here on a number of occasions 5-6 yeas ago with no issues). I got bitten by bed bugs. Advised reception, but was told management not available as was the weekend. I called on first working business day. No apology, just told we could not be moved as accommodation was full. I just wanted them to change bed/pillows etc so no one else suffers. Other issues included dishwasher not working nor the aircon. horrible place all around. horrible hygiene, staff are rude, on multiple occasions was on the same elevator with people who were very, very drunk here. Found a lighter and several glass bottles under my bed. The elevator smells of piss too. The only thing this place has going for it is its location, but it rlly isn't worth it anyways—the trams will get you where you need to be.
