Well, firstly I paid extra to book a one bedroom queen bed apartment with balcony and city view instead I got a twin room with 2 single beds in the bedroom and a queen dumped in the tiny living room. No bedside tables, oh and no balcony nor city view, was just a window….. very disappointed and the overall cleanliness was so awful, you could see stains under the pillowcases and bedsheets, the floor carpet had stains all over it and the table and chairs were so disgusting, grime all over it. Blanket had smoke holes and blood stains, when I contacted staff they wernt helpfully in changing blankets, room didn't get valued and couch was to dirty to sit on

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This hotel has an admittedly amazing location, and is super cheap, but do not be fooled by these. We checked in, and upon entering the room the shower was mouldy, and slippery. The toilet has not been cleaned properly - probably ever. The sheets were dirty, and the headboard had muck all over it. Even the windows were filthy - covered in greasy hand marks and fingerprints left by however many tenants. I stayed here for 4 nights and never again (have previously stayed here on a number of occasions 5-6 yeas ago with no issues). I got bitten by bed bugs. Advised reception, but was told management not available as was the weekend. I called on first working business day. No apology, just told we could not be moved as accommodation was full. I just wanted them to change bed/pillows etc so no one else suffers. Other issues included dishwasher not working nor the aircon.
