Majority of the staff is great, but one particular lady there has attitude. I called them a day before in regards to a fertility medication and Alyssa told me it would be here on time today (from Evanston). It's a timed medication that I can't miss. I was told the driver would be there between 3-4pm from Evanston. My husband drives down there straight from work only for them to say it never got delivered due to car troubles, okay fair. My daughter an I were sick an got a test done by the very helpful staff working 2-14-26. It is so nice to have friendly help especially when we were not feeling great. We will definitely come here the next time we are not well. Thanks
