This is a gem just on the edge of Old Town. Large selection of authentic Bavarian foods,chocolate from Switzerland, the Netherlands, sausage from a specialty German market in Chicago, and a larger selection of braces, canes and other pharmacy items as well. They are friendly here and you won't find these preserves,mustards,or other items other places. Local postcards 45cents! What a deal Stop in and see Sylvia she is the sweetest lady and very honest with her products.
One of the few remaining small business, family run and operated pharmacies in the state. Always an adventure when I visit. So many hidden treasures and entertaining conversations with Bernie and Barbara. For these reasons I will not go to any other pharmacy but City Drug.
