Everytime I have gone in, I have felt nothing but uncomfortable and upset. I walk in where the owner sternly asks me why im in her store, followed by eyerolls and large sighs as I kindly ask where things are. I haven't even seen a good chunk of the store because the lady doesnt stop asking why im in her store. I think she thinks that I'm trying to steal even though I've done nothing to warrant such a response. She then negs me for not using cash. She will also ignore my greetings and partings. Edit - per the response I understand that I misunderstood about one thing being ability to contact us. That said, leaving as 3 stars for the communication around insurance coverage (stated not covered when they didn’t have insurance info) and the customer service (seems not an isolated event). Things can happen but it’s still a reflection on the average experience and worth noting.
Excellent customer service! This small, local pharmacy went above and beyond for me today! I am from out of town had an unreasonable issue with my insurance & provider: The pharmacy easily could’ve told me to get it fixed and come back when it’s correct but instead they helped me and spent over an hour on multiple phone calls with insurance and provider to help me get this corrected! I was frustrated with my insurance issue for sure but I also have several cognitive issues which normally would’ve caused me to give up, go hom... read more
Quaint drugstore that’s family Oden for 70 years. You have to experience it. Sometimes they have German bread that’s really really good.
I just found a bunch of different Dubai chocolate here!!?? People don't realize that this is also a convenience store with a crazy assortment of imported goods and European chocolate.
