The new management is awful, had been using them for a decade, now some punk is running the pharmacy side. Told me they were losing money on a generic medication that I've been filling there for years, made me drive to Knoxville last month to get the script fixed, but then filled it without comment. Went to fill one of the corrected scripts today, hit us with the bit about "we're losing money on that", then told me to find it somewhere else. Best pharmacy very pleasant attitudes towards their customers i have been going too this pharmacy for a couple of years and wouldn’t ever think about going anywhere else i highly recommend them to anyone needing a great pharmacy...
Been doing business 30 years won't go anywhere else as many meds as I'm on sometimes I'll call and tell me not to take it cuz it will mess up with the other meds you can't beat them you're a name not a number
Been a customer now, for well over 20 years. We moved here from Farragut, the 1st two things we had to do was find a new Bank & a new Pharmacy.. Very happy with both our choices City Drug and Alcoa TN. FCU.. Have know the Owners Andy & Scott for that long.. Watched Jeremy grow up to become a Pharmacist..:).. Know Doris, Judy all of the staff.. Love them to death have helped us so many times, when we had to argue with our Insurance companies.We have had a few.. They always Help us navigate the new rules.
