About 6 months ago they started not receiving refill requests through the app or website, so you need call to see if they're filled before going to pick up. Staff admitted they were aware of the system issue but it was never resolved. After dropping our in network insurance, they wanted triple what Walmart pharmacy charges and they do not accept any discount programs for their price.
