Ruined my dog's coat with a trim that compromised his undercoat. After a year, his previously beauty is just a memory: never grew back. They said they had a sign posted warning me. I say they are dodging responsibility. Why would any professional groomer trim in a fashion that caused permanent damage? Why would they not alert me, an innocent owner trying to get burrs out of his coat, that this possibility existed? I am heartbroken by the outcome and their attitude.
