So it’s safe to say, these actuators are hit & miss. Me and a buddy of mine both bought actuators at the same time for his 2019 Ram 3500 & my 2020, his went out within the first 6k miles, mine within about 9k mileS. Sent it back and they said they fixed it. Installed it on my truck and no engine brake, called the company and they’re saying it might be faulty installation, I’m a CAR guy to say the least. Have a couple of street rod projects that needed custom power steering hoses. It turned out to be more complicated than I expected. Thanks to Jack and the manager (whose name I don't know) for taking care of everything. These guys are the best.
We are so grateful for all the help. We was passing through from Illinois and got us fixed up and back on the road .
Incredible customer service through and through! Needed a new turbo actuator and arranged for in shop repair. Drove up the morning of and was finished and completed by 11am. Entire staff friendly and helpful. Was granted a tour of the facility while I waited. Very impressed at the detail and organization of everything they have going on! 10 for 10 recommend for anything turbo or motor needs-truck or equipment.
