Bought an Actuator from them, installed it correctly, and it worked for three days. My truck started knocking and idling rough. Called City Diesel, they said send it back and they'll look at it. Jackie said 95% of the time it was installed wrong. In the meantime, I had to purchase another one, as my truck is my livelihood. Called back yesterday and they couldn't tell me what the problem was.
