I loved CityDesign when Rick was the owner and used them when designing my downtown loft. Called earlier this week because my 15- year old shower tower would not regulate water temps, and my plumber was unsuccessful in finding a new part. Explained the problem to designer Emily and she had a solution within days— a replacement part from the manufacturer at no cost! Really outstanding customer service—Many Thanks!
I had such a great experience at City Design. Olivia Karlen was so helpful in picking out beautiful faucets for bath and kitchen! The products are great. I would definitely recommend a trip to have unique products. It’s great shopping local.
