Receptionist lady was passive aggressive and did not greet nor smile to client (me). The point of a receptionist is to be inviting and create a warm atmosphere for clients to feel comfortable in. Not only was the receptionist that way but so was the first nurse whom called me in for my appointment. She also did not greet nor create an inviting atmosphere. I took my 14-year-old son to this office on September 3rd, 2025 and the experience was unacceptable. The dermatologist Salvador Milazzo prescribed him an adult-strength face wash despite me explaining he is a teenager with acne related to puberty. Shortly after using it, my son had a severe allergic reaction that sent us to the emergency room, where he required an EpiPen. This was careless and negligent.
