I would give the dentists a 5 star review bit I would rate the dental hygienists 2-3 stars or less. They tend to talk down to customers and treat them like children. I get told how often I want a dental hygienist appointment. I don't get offered a choice. When I ask for a clean more often I am simply told no. I am fed up. I will change dentists. Thank you so much to Alice. She's an exceptional dentist I'll keep coming back to for many years to come. What truly stands out is her genuine care. She's so patient, takes the time to listen, and explains every step with such clarity.

Switched to City dentists a bit over a year ago, despite it being slightly out of the way for me to get to, absolutely no regrets. The team are so professional, kind and helpful. Thankfully haven't had to have a lot of invasive procedures yet, but so far, really happy
