This is specifically for Louise the lovely hygienist I've now visited 6 times. I never flossed or saw a hygienist before and suffered awful gum disease with daily bleeding and sore, painful gums. Teeth and gums were highly sensitive so i often dreaded going to the dentist. When advised to floss daily it was a daunting experience and often unpleasant. I have been with City dentists for over 10 years they are exceptional, all the staff are very friendly.. I’m not scared of having my teeth done anymore!
Fatima is a very competent and knowledgeable hygienist, but for the last two visits I’ve had to wait in the waiting room for over 30 mins which if you are nervous is not very helpful. It turned out Fatima was free and could have seen me earlier. I think they have to work out some way of letting the dentist or hygienist know you are there and waiting.
The experience I had here is very good. Highly recommended. I have been looked after so well, I can't thank you all enough! Binu and Marie and Fatima all very professional and so nice!
