I've been trying to book an appointment for a week now, and I've been ignored each time. What's the point of offering an emergency dental service if it takes you 3 weeks to check your messages/emails? Incredibly unprofessional

Phoned these people up after suffering in immense pain for weeks. Im terrified of dentists by the way. I needed a tooth removed it was nearly falling out and I've not been able to chew in weeks. My anxiety was through the roof . I got the courage to phone this dentist to be told by some stroppy telefonist with as many qualifications as my left testicle that they are a private dentist like I'm beneath her, and that the save teeth not pull them.
