First time I went there. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between was absolutely wonderful. The dentist has a lovely, gentle, but firm touch. He explained everything and gave me options. He submitted my needed claims, even though my insurance usually turns some of the items down. Just an all over great experience!
My name is Linda Wells and I want to say that Dr. Barbara and all the staff at Citi Dental are awesome, very professional and have excellent customer service skills.. Not to mention they work wonders for your smile.
There are not enough words to express my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Papando!! He is beyond amazing, Professional, with a comforting heart. He always makes my experience wonderful especially after today with what was a very big procedure for me. I am grateful to the wonderful staff as well as being so professional and caring, and I want to thank all of you.
