The staff were polite and professional. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns.
First time I went there. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between was absolutely wonderful. The dentist has a lovely, gentle, but firm touch. He explained everything and gave me options. He submitted my needed claims, even though my insurance usually turns some of the items down. Just an all over great experience!
My name is Linda Wells and I want to say that Dr. Barbara and all the staff at Citi Dental are awesome, very professional and have excellent customer service skills.. Not to mention they work wonders for your smile.
