I had an appointment today here as a new patient amd it was an awful experience. My boyfriend had made the appointment for me because I don't speak English well . When I arrived I had kindly asked if they have someone that speaks Spanish , and was rudely / aggressively told that she had informed my boyfriend that I needed to bring a translator . Very rude and unprofessional.Horrible dentist very very awful..If I could give 0 , I would.I do not recommend this person to anyone..Very unpleasant..At one point I thought that during the x-ray I would get out and leave this place ….When I read the opinion about her I didn’t think it could be like that.But I was convinced on my first and last time .
Dr. Dorota Kwapisiewicz was super professional and her office is very clean. She did my cleaning thoroughly and let me know what was going on with my teeth in a very clear manner. I recommend her!
Dr.Kwapisiewicz is amazing! I saw her as a child for years, due to insurance change I had to stop and recently became her patient again. She is very attentive to detail, honest and professional. I am so happy to be able to have her as my dentist. She is also very flexible with appointments so never a need for me to take off from work.
