I have loved my visits to City Dental for over 20 years, which all my family and friends can attest to as find it strange I look forward to going for my cleans and check ups, but sadly the practise is not what it once was when Sunny owned it and regretfully, I will be leaving. It’s really gone downhill since Sonny left. I was told I had an outstanding payment for a missed appointment I had no recollection of, I believe this was before the new company took over and they tried it on, I had to pay or I could not have my check up. No one seems to know what’s going on. Had a hygienist appointment recently with Perveen and Adrienne at City Dental. They checked in with me regularly to make sure I was comfortable or if I needed a break. Perveen had previously recommended adding on airflow treatment to help lift stains and it was fantastic! They were as gentle as possible throughout the process and made me feel very much at ease.
Beware. This company will try and scam you. They contacted my wife 3 years ago saying she had an outstanding payment of £55.00 owing. My wife queried this via email as she always paid in full on each visit. No reply. Months later they again asked for payment, again she queried it, again no reply. So she went into the practice and spoke to them in person. They could find no proof or record of the owed payment. Said they would look into it but never got back to her. Love the hygienist Parveen she was really good and friendly. She always checked if i was okay which made me feel comfortable
