I have a phobia of the dentist, but they were so kind and understanding of my fear. Now I feel safe and valued.
Very professional yet very friendly. The only downside is I have to request their NPI # each visit since they will not file the claim for me. I would think the number would be included on all statements and receipts if the client has to file all insurance claims.
Very pleased with my visit. The front desk person was very cordial. Jennifer, the hygienist, was on schedule and did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth. Dr. Welsh checked my teeth after the cleaning, and I was done in less than 30 minutes.
