I visited the shop for the first time thursday 5/17 i purchased a Focus Cayo at a hell of a deal. I went back on Friday 5/18 to be fitted on the bike. I am happy with my fit and my purchase. What impressed me the most about Jake was that it was evident by his recommendations thay he actually listened to what i was saying. I would recommend Jake and City Cycles to any one searching for a life on a bike.

We have given this shop 2 different tried both with shoddy to very poor customer service.... the first time I thought it was a fluke. We had 2 tires fixed there from riding in thorns (our fault!) Bought new rubber and new tubes. Took my bike out for a 10 mile ride put bike up in spare room and heard a loud pop 30 min later and my tire was flat! Took the tube out and the valve was bad. Went back to city cycles and was basically told too bad so sad.... nope we aren't helping you. No warranty from us or manufacturer. Went over ... read more
Jake did a beautiful custom build of a rare steel frame for me. Rides like a dream. Dialed in beautifully. A fare price for superb quality workmanship.
Awesome people and Awesome shop. This is the ultimate in small town customer service shop with the knowledge of the pro's.
This place is family and they treat you as such. Jake, Fred, and crew are as good as they get, don't settle for less!
