Clean, friendly staff. Angie cut my girls hair and did a great job.
I was so disappointed in the way I was treated upon walking in the door. I felt I was being scolded for a misunderstanding. I am the grandmother bringing my grandson for a 4:05 appointment time. I arrived at 4:02 & was told my appointment was at 4pm, she had taken an appointment ahead of my grandson because they arrived early. We don't make appointments for 4:05, and you've been late before. ????? I feel the situation could have been handled better & with a little kindness.
