Went multiple times for 2 children's boy cuts and had several different stylists. Overall, they did great with younger kids and were patient with toddler aged children. We all had a good experience in their salon. Stylists are friendly, the lobby/sitting area is welcoming, they have 2 massage chairs to use while you wait. We did have an unfortunate ear buzz incident that had made my son refuse hair cuts for the foreseeable future, but they did finish out his cut and comped it afterward, which was definitely appreciated.

Nasty people. I had an early appointment two years ago. I was told to wait outside abd comd back in. Everyone else was allowed in. My appointment was changed. I told them I was leaving and they tried to call me. I have blocked their number. I went to Costcutters. I have since cut and colored my hair for the last 2 years.

This is the only place that has cut my hair since they opened. Carrie Baker is the best and knows exactly what I want each time. If she isn't available all of the others are very capable.

I went in about 3 days ago and asked for a cut and to get the dead and dry hair cut off and layered cuz it looked really choppy and the gal who cut my hair basically chopped it which was fine but I walked out of there with it looking the same if not worse and it was still dry and didn't feel any better,I was trying to explain and show her the parts that I wanted trimmed and blended in and she wasn't listening to me and then some other ear hustled right into my details of explaing to her it still looked and felt awful.i got s... read more
