Showed up 6 minutes before my appointment. Was told to wait outside the business for 9 minutes. Came back in after 9 minutes and was told I was 3 minutes late and my appointment was cancelled. Had been coming there since the day they had opened. Always tipped 30%. Someone was having a bad day. Taken my money elsewhere and enjoy telling this experience.
My family has been going here for years, the ladies are all kind, funny and quick!
I tried to book an appointment Sunday 10/5/25 using their online booking platform "Viagaro." I have used this platform to book prior appointments with them and with the same person. I got the email notification that my appointment was "requested," but not "confirmed." I booked the appointment at 11:37 am with the requested appointment time of 4:45 pm.
