Really bad experience in this place. 2 staff here, one employee tried to be nice, but the owner seemed to be so arrogant and unfriendly. Didn’t feel welcomed and respected at all. Price changed to 22 without any explanation. Most importantly, the lady was unprofessional and worked soooo slow even though many are waiting and she chose to serve others first even though we came in early, so unprofessional!
I specifically told the stylist I wanted a haircut that would take a maximum of 5 inches off, so that my hair would still reach my mid-rib area. Instead, she cut off 10 to 12 inches, then took off even more by adding choppy, uneven layers. My hair went from waist-length to ear-length — it had taken me two years to grow it out. Haircut is a nightmare and prices are misleading. Please avoid this place at all cost. I showed a photo of a haircut and the short hair lady (she looks middle eastern) does exactly the opposite. And my hairs was cut too short
I don’t know what is she up to with this haircut I came in and the other lady was welcoming and sat me on the chair, thought she was gonna cut my hair. Then the other lady showed up still chewing on her food and ask me with a condescending voice what haircut do I want. Showed her my photo from my recent haircut a month ago, and she was like “I’m gonna make it even better than that” and not even 15minutes later my hair is the worst haircut ever had.
