We booked a dinner cruise for a special night, and it turned into an unforgettable experience. Before we even boarded, a kind gentleman struck up a conversation with us while we were waiting on the dock, asking about our evening and making us feel so welcomed. We later found out he was a cook named Charles—and his kindness didn’t stop there. Hi. We went on the San Franscisco cruise booked in my husband Rani Jazi's name. Whilst the ship itself was good, I wanted to let you know that we found the food bland, the mains were cold and well we just had high expectations give the price of the cruise. We noticed a lot of people left food so I'm sure we weren't the only ones feeling the quality was poor. I just wanted to feed this back as it's a shame to experience this and see so much food waste. Also if you are going to serve steaks, please off steak knifes.
