I was VERY skeptical at first about this. Being a from SF Bay Area I was concerned about it feeling touristy. I was very pleased with what we got. Food was great. I thought Buffet was going be bad but this was like a really good wedding buffet. Service was very friendly and the weather was fantastic when we went which you have to be aware of the weather. This is San Francisco and weather is key for this.
We had a blast on our brunch cruise. The DJ was great with the music and birthday shout outs. The service was amazing. The food, views, experience were all worth it. They had me doing the Cha Cha slide at the end, and I literally don't do that 😂. Planning on using city cruises in San diego this month let's hope they are as good as San fran 🙏
Very Fun Experience!!
We did the signature dinner cruise as a couple. The food was good and overall service was nice. I wish I could give more than 3 stars, but I unfortunately was not able to fully enjoy the experience. Despite being advertised as a more classy event, once the sun started setting and we passed Golden Gate, it became a full blown party. Pathetic experience with their customer service reps on the phone today. Had to call 3 times to try to reschedule a Niagara boat cruise that is a week away and although I could see that was sufficient availability for the sailing that I wanted to change to, the reps could not make the change. Neither could I make the change online myself. No reason given as to why the change was not going through. One of the reps mentioned that she has raised a ticket for investigation and I should expect a call back but so far I am the one ... read more
