The management is rude and lazy. Can't get through on phone lines. No one bothers to respond to emails.
If I could give this place no stars I would. I’ve stayed in many city’s in my life and some terrible places but please avoid this place at any costs. Upon check in the reception are more worried about playing computer games and smoking weed than helping there customers. Your not even allowed a key, they open the rooms for you and you can’t have any visitors, they even just randomly leave the premises and make you wait outside until they come back. Guy in reception kept smoking really and I could smell it up stairs, the toilet wass clogged, the hot water didn't work, and in general my room wasn't clean.
