I have been here 2 weeks and its a quiet neighborhood thus far, Its seems to be a close nit community everyday like clock work neighbors go outside and play with there kids and visit with each other, which is nice to see as now at days. Parking is always available definitely a lot of space for parking, I have yet to see it overcrowded.
