I’ve banked with city credit union for over 20 years. They always treat me with respect. All the personal are very professional and very attentive to my needs. They always address me by my name.
While I've never had a problem with the employees themselves, City CU as an institution suffers from a lot of issues. Inferior Online infrastructure, short office hours, and generally poor technical competency. Online, statements of incoming and outgoing accounts lack granularity, and the banking app lacks many key features someone who is unable to go to the branch during normal business hours really requires.
Very professional staff and Gaby Gomez was extremely helpful for my account questions. I look forward to my next visit. She was also able to secure my account with great accuracy and privacy.
Misty was very welcoming, friendly and efficient! Resolved three issues for me in a very timely fashion! Great Experience!!
