Very happy to report my contact with Karla at Cpapcare Melb was wonderful. I was totally looked after with information, trial machine hire - even when I extended the hire time, and eventual purchase of a new machine. Highly recommend.
Andy is a rockstar. He is very Patient and answers all or any questions diligently. Has very good knowledge on all the products at his store
After arriving in Melbourne, I realised that I forgot to pack the head strap for my Husbands mask. The CPAP CARE were wonderful and very helpful, trying different straps for us to get one that works for us. Would highly recommend.
It was great to work with Andy to improve my apnea. Quality of life definitely improved. Andy was patient and well informed which made the process very easy. Highly recommend!
